（3）The information will be provided to uphold the interests, property and security of RDCloud, the related party and partners of RDCloud, you, RDCloud users and social public within the scope permitted by laws and regulations.

（4）Only when your personal information is shared can the functions of our products and services be realized or we offer the services to you.

（5）Cope with the disputes between you and other users at your request.

（6）The information is in line with the relevant agreement you have signed (including the electronic agreement signed online or the corresponding platform rules) or is provided by the agreement of legal documents.

（8）Your information is used based on the social public interests in conformity with laws and regulations.

2、We may share your information with our related party, but we will just share the necessary information and are bound by the purposes stated in this privacy policy. If our related party need to change the processing purpose of your personal information, we will ask for your permission again.

RDCloud uses strict data access authorization control and multiple identity authentication technology to protect personal information to avoid the illegal use of data.

RDCloud adopts technologies of automatic code security check, data access and log analysis for personal information audit.

2、Other safety precautions RDCloud take for personal information protection RDCloud establishes data classification and grading system, data security management norms and development standards to manage and normalize the storage and use of personal information.

RDCloud provides a comprehensive security control over data through information contact confidentiality agreement, monitoring and audit mechanism.

We will also hold security and privacy protection training courses to strengthen staff's awareness of the importance for personal information protection.

3、We only allow people who are necessary to know these information such as employees in RDCloud, and its related parties like staff and partners to access personal information, and set strict access authorization control and monitoring mechanism. Besides, we require all the people who may access your personal information to fulfill the corresponding non-disclosure . If they don't perform these obligations, they will be investigated and affixed legal responsibilities and required to terminate the cooperation with RDCloud.

5、The Internet is not safe. It is not sure whether the emails, instant message, social software and other communication means are completely encrypted. After the unfortunate occurrence of personal information security incidents, we will, in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, promptly inform you of the basic situation and possible impact of the security events, the disposal measures we have taken or will take, the suggestions for you to prevent and reduce risks independently, and the remedial measures for you. 2、Attention please! when you successfully close your RDCloud account, we will delete your personal information or anonymize it.

3、If we terminate services or operations, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance and delete your personal information or anonymize it after the termination of services or operations.

RDCloud attaches great importance to your attention of your personal information, and will spare no efforts to secure your rights of the access, correction, deletion, withdrawing approval of your information to enable you to uphold the privacy and security with full competence. Your rights include that:

1、Access and correct your personal information

Besides the stipulation by laws and regulations, you can view your personal information that you submit to RDCloud in personal homepage, and you can also renew other personal information except the real name authentication in the foregoing ways.

2、Delete your personal information

The information you can directly clear or delete on the product page or service page includes order information, browsing information and receiving address information.

In the following situations, you can request us to delete personal information.

（1）If our action of processing personal information is against laws;

（2）If we collect and use your personal information without your approval;

（3）If our action of processing personal information is against the appointment between us;

（4）If we end services and operations.

If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will simultaneously notify the entities who have got your personal information from us and require them to delete the information in time, except other regulations stipulated by laws, or that the entities have got your independent authorization. If we respond to your request, we can't promise to remove the relevant information immediately from the backup system, but we will delete the information when the backup system is updated.

3、Change the scope of your authorization and approval or withdraw your authorization

You can change the scope that you empower us to continue to collect the personal information or withdraw your authorization by deleting information, closing device functions and setting privacy in the RDCloud website or software. Also, you can withdraw all the authorization to continue to collect your personal information by closing the account.

Please understand that every business function needs some basic personal information to access. When you withdraw approval or authorization, we can't continue to provide the corresponding service for you, and won't process your corresponding personal information. However, the decision of withdrawing your approval or authorization won't have any impact on the personal information processing based on your authorization.

4、Respond to your request

If you can't access, modify or delete your personal information in the foregoing ways, or you need to access, modify or delete other personal information generated when you use our products or services, or you think RDCloud violates any laws and regulations or the appointment related to your personal information collection or use, you can contact us via the customer service. To uphold the security, we may need you to offer a written request or your identity documents, and will reply to your request within 15 days after receiving your feedback and verifying your identity. For your rational request, we don't charge in principle, but for the repeated or beyond the rational limit of requests, we will charge a certain cost as appropriate. For the unreasonable repeated requests or the request needing many technologies (such as developing a new system or changing the existing practice fundamentally) or leading to risk for other users' legitimate rights and interests or extremely impractical request (such as backing up the information stored on the tape), we may refuse them.

We can't respond to your requests in conformity with the laws and regulations in the following situations:

（1）They are relevant to the state security and national defense security;

（2）They are relevant to public security, public health and major public interests;

（3）They are related to crime detection, prosecution, and trial.

（4）There are sufficient evidence to prove that you have subjective malice or abuse of rights;

（5）It seriously damage the legitimate rights and interests of other users and organizations to respond to your request.

1、In order to provide a better service and with the development, we will duly modify and update the privacy policy.But without your definite approval, we won't reduce your rights under this privacy policy. We will issue the updated version on RDCloud website and the mobile terminal of RDCloud, and announce the renewal of the relevant content in the distinct position on the website or remind you of it in an appropriate and prominent way before it takes effect. Please access RDCloud to know the latest privacy policy. If you continue to use our service when you know the situation, it indicates that you agree to be bound by the privacy policy which has been modified.

2、For major changes, we will provide a more conspicuous notice (We will explain the specific changes of the privacy policy via but not limited to email, SMS, special reminders on the browsing page and login interface).

The major changes of the policy include but are limited to:

（1）Our service mode has hanged a lot, such as the purposes, types of processing personal information, the use of personal information, etc.

（2）Great changes have taken place in our ownership structure, organizational structure, etc. Such as the change of owner caused by business adjustment, bankruptcy and merger.
